We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from LUVARA VINTAGE. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days of receipt.

Return conditions

– Returns must be registered and sent within 14 days
– The item must be unworn, undamaged and in its original condition
– Signs of wear stated in the item description do not constitute grounds for complaint

Return shipping

– The buyer bears the cost of return shipping
– We recommend insured shipping with tracking. We are not liable for lost returns

As these are unique items, an exchange is not possible. After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase amount – minus the original shipping costs – to your original payment method.

Compared to new goods, second-hand items are significantly more affordable and can still be used for many years without high depreciation. Quite the opposite; age has charm.

Additionally, many of the items we offer are no longer manufactured or now use different materials in their production, resulting in a different product.
